This is intended for contractors, developers, and homeowners that will help them communicate with their building inspector through this app. It will allow the user to find their representative and a way to contact them. It will also allow them to submit complaints/requests to the contractor without having to talk to someone on the phone. Overall, it's to allow the user to do everything they need to without visiting the inspector's office.
